Yes, please be sure to include the amount in the Excel template. If there are any damage reports available, it would be appreciated if you attach them in an email along with the filled-out template.

Pickup is included. We’ll handle the scheduling for you.

Do you buy cars with damages? Private seller

Yes, we ask you to be very mindful and upload all the necessary information about the damages and pictures. Any misinformation can lead to breach of contract which itself costs you 2000€. The damages we find will be evaluated by a professional mechanic, and depending on the cost, we may request a payment from the seller. Follow our picture guidelines to avoid any misunderstandings. Here: If we receive the car with damages not described, we will evaluate the individual case and may request a payment from the seller.

Yes, but please be thorough when submitting your car. Upload clear photos of all damages and include an accurate description. Any misinformation can lead to a breach of contract, which carries a €2,000 penalty.Once we receive the car, damages will be evaluated by a professional mechanic. Depending on the findings, we may request an adjusted payment from the seller.
